Consultation

Our bespoke process begins with a consultation (in person with Katie at our Hatton Garden studio or virtually via zoom) where will create a concept sheet with you to visualise your dream piece of jewellery. Once we are aligned on the direction for your design we will issue a non-refundable commencement fee of £250 and proceed to sourcing stones hand selected by Katie (if needed that is). 

Design

We will create a full presentation including stone options, a full quote and initial designs. Once you are happy with the hand-drawn design of your piece a 50% payment will be issued ahead of creating the 3D CAD designs.

Creation

When you are satisfied with the design and are ready to create your unique jewellery we will then send your design to be cast in our ready purified 100% recycled gold or platinum. Once fabricated in the metal of your choice, our workshop delicately prepares your piece for stone setting and your jewellery is hand finished by our master stone setter in Hatton Garden. The remaining balance is then settled and your jewellery collected or delivered securely.

Timeline

To give plenty of time for each stage of the design and production process we would recommend allowing 8-12 weeks for your bespoke creation with Crux. 

With anything custom made their can be unforeseen delays that could impact your plans. If proposing or gifting on a non movable date/location we would strongly recommend having the ring/jewellery finished before booking this special occasion.
